The Chicken Diet

As summer approaches, more and more people start promising themselves that they’re about to go on a diet.
The desire to lose weight quickly grows, since beach season is just around the corner.
Fortunately, there are now many different types of diets available, thanks to which you can easily make your dreams of a great figure come true.

But unfortunately, not everyone knows that many diets don’t have the best effect on the body. Yes, you’ll get a great figure, but at the same time, various hidden health issues may begin to develop.
In many cases, the gastrointestinal tract can be affected, and under such circumstances, you’ll need to undergo a difficult and unpleasant course of treatment.

The essence of most diets is to eat low-calorie foods and drink plenty of water. But one of the most beneficial modern diets involves eating delicious meat.
The Tastiest and Most Beneficial Diet
It’s no secret that white chicken meat—that is, the breast—is a diet-friendly food. The main thing is that eating it has no effect on your weight—it won’t increase. But for this to be the case, you need to follow a couple of simple rules.

Recommendations for those who have decided to get in shape with chicken
This diet is ideal for virtually anyone who wants to stay in shape and lose weight without harming their health. There are many popular diets that prohibit the consumption of meat in any form. Yet people often forget that meat is the primary source of the most essential nutrients for our bodies.
Minerals and beneficial elements are absorbed much better in their natural form directly from foods, whereas vitamin supplements only partially compensate for the body’s losses.

There is a widespread belief that meat is high in calories and, therefore, it is impossible to lose weight by eating it. But this belief is mistaken.

You can incorporate chicken breast into your diet using various recipes, but the key is to remember that your daily calorie intake should not exceed 1,100–1,200 calories.
Compared to pork, for example, chicken is healthier and contains many essential nutrients.

Chicken breast is a low-calorie meat. Rabbit or duck meat is just as good as chicken in terms of quality; it is also packed with essential nutrients and low in calories. However, these types of meat are not as affordable for consumers, and their price is much higher.
So what’s so special about the chicken diet?
The main difference between the chicken diet and other diets is that there are no strict restrictions on what you can eat.

The most difficult period is the first day, when you are just getting used to the new eating regimen. That is why anyone who chooses this diet can eat whatever they want and create their own meal plan.

The main thing is to keep your daily calorie intake in mind.

This diet will be not only healthy and enjoyable for you, but also affordable, since white chicken meat is available at any store and isn’t overly expensive.

How do you create a personalized menu?
There are many different dishes you can include in your diet. Here is a sample menu for your chicken diet:

Day 1. Boil about 300 g of rice and divide it, for example, into six equal portions, and either pan-fry or boil 500 g of chicken breast.

You can eat these equal portions throughout the day, washing them down with fruit juice, and enjoy tea or kefir in the evening.

Day 2. It’s hard to think of a more interesting dish with chicken than plain boiled rice. For example, you can buy canned pineapple, boil 700 grams of chicken breast to go with it, and divide the prepared meal over the course of the day.

The Chicken Diet
If you decide to eat pineapple, you should drink a glass of kefir in the evening to restore your stomach’s acidity and prevent any stomach discomfort.

Day Three. (You can repeat this same menu for the next two days of your chicken diet.)

On the third day of the diet, you can prepare vegetables and combine them with chicken in the form of salads, appetizers, or side dishes. Also, don’t forget to drink as much water as you like.
Day 6. The diet is coming to an end, so you can enjoy juices, tea, and water without restriction. On this day, you can pair the chicken with any greens, such as serving it with lettuce leaves.
Day 7. On the last day of the diet, you can repeat one of the previous days that you liked best, and be sure to drink plenty of fluids.

So, in just a few days, without overtaxing your body, you can safely lose 5–6 kg and start looking much more attractive and refreshed.
