Pneumatic frame modules

The pneumatic frame module is a mobile structure, similar in nature to an inflatable tent. The frame-inflatable design of the autonomous chamber allows it to be installed on any site. Pneumatic modules can be combined into a single space. Compact modular designs come in customer-specified dimensions and can be quickly assembled. Setting up pneumatic rock tents takes up to 15 minutes. They have room to potentially swell in a variety of climates.

Purpose

Pneumatic frame tents serve as temporary accommodation in extreme situations. Main purpose pneumatic frame tent – is their exploitation as:

• Mobile hospitals;
• Temporary housing;
• Military headquarters and cities;
• Hangar technology.

Inflatable PVC tents are used as a means of protection from bad weather. Pneumatic frame tents are a durable product and are designed for long-term use. The design is made of durable materials and can withstand harsh weather conditions:

• Low and/or high ambient temperature, high;
• Climatic precipitation;
• Potter’s wind.

Materials used

To create pneumatic frame modules, the following is used:

• Reinforced PVC – waterproof canvas;
• TPU – transparent film;
• Anti-mosquito net;
• Thermal – foil for storing water;
• “Polyf” – thermal insulation;
• Velcro lock for connecting modules.

Design and devices

A tent with a pneumatic chamber is an inflatable arch structure. The frames of the modules are connected by half rings, again reinforced with removable canopies, but the connection at the bottom of the module is hermetically sealed. The opposite side retains water that leaks out of the mouth.

Final installation takes up to 30 minutes. For movement, handles are located around the perimeter of the structure. Main parts of the structure. Frame; external awning; sealed bottom; boost valve; fastening delay; inflatable door – its components create comfortable conditions inside the module.

The ability to manufacture modules according to the proposed dimensions allows the use of frame products at the customer’s discretion: for temporary storage, station fields, temporary housing, household units, sanitary facilities, recreation and fishing.

Air frame modules can withstand temperatures fro m-60°C to +55°C. For a comfortable stay, you can use additional equipment: generator, electrical network, heat gun, air conditioner.
