In just three days, you can lose up to five kilograms. Of course, there are no more precise or accurate figures for each person, nor is it possible to have them. Every person’s body has its own unique needs, so don’t expect exact results, but you’ll have the chance to get to know yourself better.

Try to stay strong during the diet and don’t react impulsively to your frustrations. Only then will you overcome the obstacles to weight loss, and your positive mindset will remain intact.

The essence of this weight-loss program lies in completely avoiding solid food. These three days will be different from what you’re used to, but you won’t experience intense hunger.

The Liquid Diet

Seven-day meal plan:
- Day one will consist solely of dairy products, but only low-fat varieties.
- Day two will consist of broth; the type of broth is up to you.
