This diet is divided into different types, but there are key points common to all of them:
- You should consume low-fat kefir or kefir with 1% fat content;
- If it is past 6:00 PM, you should stop eating;
- In the morning, you may have only one serving of tea or coffee without sugar;
- Food should be prepared without salt;
- Due to rapid weight loss, stretch marks may appear, so it is recommended to prepare anti-cellulite products to combat them;
- You will need to take vitamin supplements, as the diet excludes most of them.
For a 7-day period
If you do everything correctly, then the motto—“Larisa Ravnina’s 7 kg in 7 Days Diet”—will become a reality. This diet lasts only 7 days. You’ll need to prepare yourself to strictly follow it. It requires tremendous self-discipline.

The menu is not structured by the hour, as is customary in other systems, but the total food intake must be divided into 4–6 equal portions. The last meal may be eaten no later than 6:00 PM.

On the first day, you may eat 400 grams of boiled potatoes, cooked in their skins and without salt. Half a liter of kefir is added to this.

On the second day, consume 200 grams of low-fat sour cream (up to 15% fat) and drink half a liter of kefir.

On the third day, consume 200 grams of fat-free cottage cheese and drink half a liter of kefir.
On the fourth day, you should eat no more than 500 grams of chicken breast, which should be boiled without salt and skin, and half a liter of kefir is added.

The fifth day consists of up to one kilogram of apples and 500 grams of carrots. However, the carrots may be replaced with 300 grams of prunes, and half a liter of kefir is added.

The sixth day consists of only 1 liter of low-fat kefir.
The seventh day is considered a fasting day based on 1 liter of still mineral water.

However, it is permitted to consume about half a liter of water. Additionally, similar diets have been created where kefir is replaced with yogurt as the main ingredient.

But without any additives and with a minimum fat content. Only 1% fat is allowed. Later, you’ll be able to proudly say, “I lost weight on Larisa Ravnina’s diet.”

It lasts for 14 days. It is estimated that you will lose about 5 kilograms during the first 7 days and approximately 3 kilograms during the second 7 days.

Experts recommend starting with a fasting day. This can be an apple fast or involve the use of an enema. However, during this diet, you will need to use an enema every day.

To maintain bowel function, you will need to take probiotics. Following Larisa Ravnina’s 14-day diet requires dividing the food portions into two parts. These should be consumed evenly every two hours. The first meal is at 8 a.m., and the last is at 6 p.m.

Before each meal, you should drink 50 ml of herbal tea. It is prepared in the morning. To make it, take St. John’s wort, add chamomile and calendula. Pour 200 ml of warm water over the mixture.

The sixth day is a fasting day based on 1.5 liters of still mineral water.
On the seventh day, consume 400 grams of your favorite fruit. Bananas and grapes are not allowed; add half a liter of kefir.

After completing this stage, you may eat any food you like for the next seven days.

However, it is recommended to limit your intake of baked goods, spicy foods, fried foods, sweets, and fatty dishes.

During the following seven days, you may gain one extra kilogram. But in the next seven days, based on kefir, this problem can be resolved.
