The Nut Diet

Whenever we subject our bodies to specific dietary rules, our bodies experience extreme stress.
This is because we not only radically change our usual diet but also rapidly reduce our calorie intake.
As a result, a strict diet can cause our frightened body to start gaining weight rapidly.

Because of this, so-called “smart diets” are very popular. They have no time limits and do not promise specific results. Their essence lies in transforming the diet, reducing calorie intake, and maintaining a feeling of fullness. One such diet is the nut diet for weight loss.

Perhaps everyone is aware of the beneficial properties of nuts. But not everyone knows that they can help you lose weight. In this article, we’ll look at the different types of nuts and how you can use them to lose weight.

Types of Nuts
Nuts include:
Walnuts. One of the most popular nuts. They have a very interesting appearance. They are easily recognizable by their taste. They are used by both chefs and cosmetologists.
Their health benefits stem from their high iodine content, which is why walnuts are recommended as part of the diet for people with thyroid issues. In addition to their high iodine content, they are quite high in calories. For this reason, they are indispensable during periods of mental work.

Walnuts are used to improve brain function. Additionally, they contain alpha-lipoic acid, which is essential for the body. Walnuts are a wonderful addition to any dish. They are easy to find and relatively inexpensive. For this reason, they are frequently included in a nut-based diet.

Dried fruit may be added to porridge for sweetness. Fresh dill, other herbs, and parsley may also be used. Fresh vegetables, fruits, and berries are permitted. Berries may also be consumed frozen.

As for beverages, plain water, sugar-free drinks, and freshly squeezed juices are allowed. The main rule is to drink no more than 1.5 liters of fluid per day.
