About Planet Earth

The Earth is located not far from the Sun and is considered the third planet, which is the largest in comparison with the others.
In size in the domestic system it is inferior to the second four planets and is considered the fifth, but in density it surpasses all the planets in the system. The name “earth” is translated from English as “ertra” – earth. According to scientists, the Earth originated in the distant past, quite a few billion years ago. This is the only planet where life exists. For a person to breathe, see, move, even later, the Earth is protected by a certain layer of atmosphere that separates the population of the earth from the cosmic place.

Observations from space provide a complete picture of our planet, but it has not been fully studied until now. As studies have demonstrated, the diameter of the Earth is a couple of hundred larger than that of Venus. Due to the fact that the axis of rotation of our planet is tilted by more than 20 degrees, this means that the earth’s nature has variable seasons.
Assumptions and truth about our planet
People have been trying to study their native planet for many years, and as history shows, many inaccuracies about the representation of its appearance and shape were made during the first study. Before the existence of the Roman people, the world was imagined as a flat surface, and many believed that the Earth stood still, and the Sun revolved around the planet…

About the domestic planet in a scientific way
Without a shell of the atmosphere, life on our planet is impossible, and this is a very important and necessary condition for existence. The earth’s atmosphere is made up of three chemical elements. Most of all it contains nitrogen (78%), an average amount of oxygen (20-21%) and only 1% is formed by argon. There are a couple more elements that make up the atmosphere, but their content is insignificant.
, if you look at the Earth from space, the first thing your gaze rests on is an impressive amount of water – oceans and seas, covering most of the planet (about seventy percent), and the other part is made up of continents. The presence of oceans and seas is important for the existence of destiny on Earth. According to scientists, many years ago, based on this, the birth of living beings took place in water. Many versions about the oceans and the formation of seas are put forward to this day. One of the guesses for the formation of a lot of water is comets falling on the surface of the planet in the past, and ice was one of their components, as a result of melting they created seas and oceans.

The solid surface of the earth has many characteristic lines. There are no craters in the depths of the Earth. This explanation suggests that geological processes constitute two significant facts, such as erosion and weathering. Damage to the integrity of the layers of the earth by weathering destroys it into small parts, regardless of the influence of the atmosphere through chemical and physical actions. Acid rain is the result of weathering with the help of chemistry, but the drying up of river sources is the result of physics. Erosion affects the terrain through the mobility of atoms of water, ice, soil and wind. Thanks to erosion and the influence of weathering, craters have been erased from the face of the earth, and this feature has become the main one in the transformation of the earth’s topography.
The structure of the planet contains three bases – the core, crust and mantle. Two layers cover the core: the inner layer, containing iron and hard nickel, and the outer layer, a core made of soft nickel and, in addition, iron. The mantle is made up of hard and durable rock, its density is enormous. The crust also includes silicate rocks, but the difference lies in the girth.

There is another comparative property with other planets from space. The crust of the earth’s surface consists of hard and cold plates that are constantly in motion. Along the entire length of the boundaries, two processes occur: subduction and spreading. During the first action, the plates collide with each other and create earthquakes, and at the time when spreading occurs, the two planes are separated from each other.
The Earth moves in orbit in approximately three hundred sixty-five days. Making one revolution around its own axis, days must pass on the planet, and this is considered the most active rotation compared to other planets, with the exception of all gas planets. The Earth has only one natural satellite – the Moon, which appeared near our planet about 4. 5 billion years ago. The appearance of the Moon stabilized the Earth’s axial tilt and there are now tidal events slowing down the planet’s rotation.

As a result of the evolutions that took place on Earth, and man’s actions on the climate, nature, and ecology, even later, life on the planet has changed, and not for the better. There are facts that our planet will gradually fade and disappear, but these events, according to scientists, should occur in about billions of years. Based on this, humanity must protect and protect the Earth, enjoying the beauty and life that it gives.
